REGISTER NOW for All Programs
We have openings in all age categories from infants to school age. For school age children, make sure that you have a reservation for our fantastic summer camp program. When grade school is in session we transport our K-6 children to local elementary schools, typically Adams and Webster. If you like what you see on our web site please stop by for a tour, we’d love to greet you.

SUMMER CAMP is a Must Do!
For ten weeks the school age children swim, skate, hike, visit historical and cultural sites, study nature and science, play games and work on creative art and other projects. This year we have added many new field trip destinations. For a more complete description of typical camp activities click here. Remember there is a school age camp scheduled for all major school holidays and breaks.

Literacy Program Grant
Great news! We were awarded a grant for a Childcare Libraries for Literacy project from the Arizona Institute for Early Childhood Development at Southwest Human Development. The Sycamore School was one of only nine centers selected for the program. This is a one-year project that provides intensive training (24 class hours) of all staff in best practices for developing literacy in children. The grant also includes funding for renovation of our classroom libraries and the acquisition of lots of great new books for all age groups.

Arizona Self Study Project
The Sycamore School is continuing its challenging two-year program with the Arizona Self Study Project to improve our programs, facilities and training. Our goal is to apply for certification with the National Association of Childcare (NAC).
