Our Mission
At The Sycamore School, our emphasis is on education, responsibility, respect for each other and good clean fun. Our daily programs are structured to include developmentally appropriate academic sessions, arts and crafts, excercise, music, science, computers and games. The programs are aimed at developing not only educational skills but also interest in, and excitement about the process of learning, in a warm and stimulating environment.
Staff & Facilities
The enthusiastic and caring staff at Sycamore receive regular training in the process of early childhood education, teaching techniques and safety. The majority of our teachers are SUCCEEDS certified and all new staff register during their training. All staff are trained in both CPR and first-aid and have passed the state mandated TB, fingerprint and background checks. The school facility has internal video monitoring, is fully sprinklered and performs monthly fire drills.

Please see the sections on each age group for information on their specific programs, facilities and activities. Children with special needs are welcomed, call and discuss your child's needs with the Center Director.
The Sycamore School is now in it's 12th year of service to Mesa area families. We are a member of the Arizona Child Care Association, the Arizona Small Business Association and the National Child Care Association.
